King Wholesale Pet Supplies is in the business of selling to dealers who intern offer personal service to the retail market. We also sell to Groomers, Veterinarians, Kennels, Trainers, Breeders and other Pet Professionals whose business depends on the use of some of our products. The prices that are listed on line and in our catalog are the Wholesale Prices listed for our Dealers and Pet Care Professional Customers.

Drop Ship Information:
What exactly does it mean to Drop Ship?

  • You select products and display them with your retail pricing on your web site.
  • You take orders and payment from your customers and then you submit the order to us.
  • We ship the product directly to your customers with no invoice and charge you for the items sold.

    Ordering Guidelines:

  • There is a $25 minimum for ALL orders going to a single address
  • Orders under a $150 will include a $10 small order Fee
  • King pays shipping on over 85% of items in stock
  • Shipping is added if it applies to the item that is purchased

    We are located in Northern California, orders that are received by 12:00 noon will usually ship out that day if all items are instock. We ship Monday-Friday

    All orders are shipped out FedEx Ground.
    Expedited shipping is available. Orders going to HI or AK are shipped USPS and shipping applies on all items. You can call us for a quote for shipping on those types of orders.

    International shipments have a $350.00 minimum, shipping applies on all items and ship out FedEx or global express only.
    Please Note: We will not be responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees levied by the country of destination. Some countries (including Canada) charge their residents taxes, duties, or customs fees when merchandise is delivered. Contact your local authorities for more information about any of these additional fees that may apply.

    When calling in an order please make sure you inform the sales representative that it is a dropship order so we can properly assist you.

    When ordering online you must enter the items for the order then go to the search field and type drop ship, add it as a line item. This states that it is a drop ship order and will not include the invoice to your customer. Enter your information as the billing address and your customers as the shipping. We will send you the invoice via mail.

    Use of Pictures & Information:

  • As long as you are purchasing the items from King Wholesale you may use the images of products and information provided by the manufacturers for your website mailings etc.
  • Information of and about King Wholesale is not of public domain.

    RETURNS:

    You must return all merchandise unused within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in original packaging including instruction book, warranty cards, etc.

    A 15% or $5.00 re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be applied. all Shipping is non-refundable (unless due to damage)

    For your assurance that returned merchandise is received at King Wholesale safely, we suggest you send returns via U.S. postal service, UPS, or Fed Ex with insured delivery. All return shipping charges are paid by the customer.

    Please completely fill out the back of your invoice in order to insure that your return can be processed correctly.

    Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our site or in our catalog that you would prefer over one you have received, place a separate order for the new item and return the unwanted item for a refund.

    Should you need further instructions on a return, notify our customer service center within 10 days.

    DROPSHIPS AND SPECIAL ORDERS:
    All costs and merchandise are non-refundable unless product is damaged or lost.

    Electric clippers, blades, dryers, tables and cages are guaranteed by the manufacturer.

    Video tapes, DVD's and books are non-returnable.
