  • MINIMUM ORDER: Orders must exceed $25.00 to be accepted.

  • HANDLING FEE: Orders under $100.00, add a $10.00 processing fee.

    King Wholesale pays shipping on over 85% of the items we sell regardless of order size! This applies to all standard ground shipments to any destination within the United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Express shipping methods available for an additional charge.

  • SHIPPING APPLIES ON:
    Plastic & wire cages, fabric crates, pet carriers, ex-pens, grooming tables, equipment, tubs, dryers, Oster & Double K clippers, pet doors and items that list a shipping weight, marked FOB, and Oversize. Selected gallons of shampoo (#1 All Systems, Groomer's Edge, Bio Groom, Cardinal, Wild Animal shampoo) have shipping unless a total of 24 gallons are purchased.) King pays shipping on all other shampoos!

    If certain items are exempt from shipping charges, no shipping charges will be reflected upon checkout.

  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Yes, King Wholesale can ship internationally, however, there are a few more requirements to ship to destinations outside the U.S. King Wholesale has a $350.00 merchandise minimum. King Wholesale does not pay freight on international orders. The freight is calculated by weight and destination and ships USPS (United states postal service).   • DAMAGES & SHORTAGES: If damage occurs, have box and merchandise inspected by delivering carrier and notify King Wholesale immediately. (SAVE container with merchandise). Any shortages & damages must be reported within 48 hours

If you are one of the latter and have purchased an item for personal use please be aware of our Returns policy stated on-line and in our catalog.

    While every effort is made to prevent typographical errors, we are not responsible for errors and/or omissions. which may appear on this web site or within email correspondence. We reserve the right to correct, adjust, alter, update or remove any matter on this web site without notice.   • RETURNS: You must return all merchandise unused within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in original packaging including instruction book, warranty cards etc.

    A 15% or $5.00 re-stocking fee ( whichever is greater) will be applied.
    all Shipping is non-refundable (unless due to damage)

    For your assurance that returned merchandise is received at King Wholesale safely, we suggest you send returns via U.S. postal service, UPS, or Fed Ex with insured delivery. All return shipping charges are paid by the customer.

    Please completely fill out the back of your invoice in order to insure that your return can be processed correctly.

    Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our site or in our catalog that you would prefer over one you have received, place a separate order for the new item and return the unwanted item for a refund.

    *Most non-defective items cannot be returned if the factory seal is broken, it has been chewed on, worn or otherwise used.. These items are generally considered used goods and cannot be resold as new.

    Should you need further instructions on a return, notify our customer service center within 10 days.

  • DROPSHIPS AND SPECIAL ORDERS: All costs and merchandise are non-refundable unless product is damaged or lost.

  • Electric clippers, blades, dryers, tables and cages are guaranteed by the manufacturer.

  • Video tapes and books are non-returnable.
