King Wholesale pays shipping on over 85% of the items we sell regardless of order size! This applies to all standard ground shipments to any destination within the United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Express shipping methods available for an additional charge.
If certain items are exempt from shipping charges, no shipping charges will be reflected upon checkout.
King Wholesale is in the business of selling to dealers who intern offer personal service to the retail market. We also sell to Groomers, Veterinarians, Kennels, Trainers, Breeders and other Pet Professionals whose business depends on the use of some of our products. If you are one of the latter and have purchased an item for personal use please be aware of our Returns policy stated on-line and in our catalog.

A 15% or $5.00 re-stocking fee ( whichever is greater) will be applied.
For your assurance that returned merchandise is received at King Wholesale safely, we suggest you send returns via U.S. postal service, UPS, or Fed Ex with insured delivery. All return shipping charges are paid by the customer.
Please completely fill out the back of your invoice in order to insure that your return can be processed correctly.
Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our site or in our catalog that you would prefer over one you have received, place a separate order for the new item and return the unwanted item for a refund.
*Most non-defective items cannot be returned if the factory seal is broken, it has been chewed on, worn or otherwise used.. These items are generally considered used goods and cannot be resold as new.
